This session will discuss best practices from Coca-Cola’s experience innovating on an iterative process, through years of digital signage strategy development; proposed industry standards that can be applied as an industry-wide framework to unlock digital marketing capability; and insight into the signage ecosystem and how to implement a similar solution.

This session will discuss the variety of options available for shopping centers, including touchscreens, interactive digital signage, large-format and other technologies; consumers’ growing need for experiences and how shopping centers and retailers can plan and implement digital experiences that connect with mobile consumers, increase shopper convenience, build partnerships and boost revenue; and how digital technology has enhanced the in-store experience and is allowing shopping centers and retailers to connect with mobile consumers, increase shopper convenience and promote an online presence.
