The spam message is on your phone, but it's in the spam folder. From the main Messages list, click on the three-dot menu, chose "Spam and blocked". The spam messages will be there. Then click on them individually, choose the three-dot menu again, and delete them. They will disappear from your Phone Link app on your PC.
